⚠ Quick Review

This page was reviewed against official SCFHS sources. Below you'll find what was verified, what was corrected, and what still needs confirmation from the authority.

✅ Verified
Classification ≠ Registration — two distinct steps
Group 1 → نائب أول (First Assistant), then استشاري after 3 years
Group 2 → longer path; some categories need practical evaluation (تقويم مهني)
Saudis: no prior experience required; max 2-year gap
Non-Saudis: minimum 1 year experience
Registration validity: 2 years
⚠ Corrected
Rank for Group 1 changed from أخصائي أول to نائب أول (per Executive Regulations Art. 22)
Group 2 does not universally require exams — only some categories need practical evaluation (تقويم مهني)
Clarified: professional classification (التصنيف المهني) is separate from health jobs regulation (لائحة الوظائف الصحية)
❓ Needs Confirmation from SCFHS
DataFlow PSV timeline (25 days is an estimate; not on official scfhs.org.sa)
Specific salary bands between ranks (employer-set, not SCFHS)
Group 3 detailed rules (executive regulations PDF could not be parsed)

Practical Tips

•
Check your group first — your qualification group determines everything else.
•
Start DataFlow early — it is often the slowest step.
•
Classification can be applied for from outside KSA. Registration requires valid residency.
•
If your qualification is not listed, apply for Qualification Study first.
•
Salary differences between ranks are set by employers, not SCFHS.
